Charlie Anderson and Bill Seelie Join OSCLUBBOCK, Texas, December 2, 2004 - OSC, America's largest independent provider of operator services, directory assistance and inbound customer services to the telecommunications industry, has appointed Charles M. Anderson as Executive Vice President and has named William J. Seelie as Vice President of Sales.
Charlie Anderson brings a wealth of experience to OSC, including seventeen years in the telecommunications industry. Prior responsibilities include Strategy, Marketing & Sales, Product Management & Development and Business Development. Charlie has a solid track record that includes rapid growth of revenue and profit, international expansion and innovative new product offerings. In addition to prominent posts in the directory assistance industry, Charlie's resume includes roles at AT&T and TCG.

Bill Seelie has twenty-five years of sales and marketing experience with such companies as American Express, AT&T Wireless, Illuminet and Verisign. He has worked in the wireless telecommunications industry for the past twelve years where he held a variety of senior level positions in Marketing, Sales and Account Management. His extensive wireless experience began on the carrier side where he was responsible for subscriber growth, retention and product development. For the last six years, Bill has worked exclusively with carriers as Vice President of National Accounts at Verisign. In this position, he was responsible for addressing their business needs in the areas of billing, signaling and mediation.
