John Andrews, Chief Executive Officer
For more than 22 years, Mr. Andrews has been a leader in the technology, business services and consumer products industries. Before joining Excell Agent Services, the leading call center solution for premium telephone directory assistance, Mr. Andrews was president and founder of MicroAge Teleservices. Under his leadership MicroAge developed large-scale service capabilities, which allowed the company to focus its customer care services toward fortune 1000 companies in the logistics, telecommunications, technology, utilities and healthcare industries. Mr. Andrews received his B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University.

Brian Arlington, Vice President of Information Technology
Mr. Arlington's 15+ years in systems engineering experience is augmented with a vast background in operations and end-user support, development of system reports/measurement, support staff leadership, management of server and LAN environments, and the planning and deployment of high-end technology tools. During his time with Sprint Brian held various positions including, Executive Assistant to the VP Information Systems, End User Services, and Senior Manager of the Executive Technology Support team. Mr. Arlington holds an MBA from Rockhurst College and his, Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Baker University, both located in Kansas City, Missouri.

Steve Heffron, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Heffron is responsible for the day-to-day directory assistance service operations and for the implementation of Excell Agent Services' strategy. Steve has 8 years service leadership experience and is accountable for the overall directory assistance service delivery including capacity planning, service quality & efficiency and cost of service. Before joining Excell, Steve held various operations roles at Fleming Foods. Steve holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Kansas.

Lynne Ann Swindell, Director of Human Resources
With over 25 years of Human Resources experience, Ms. Swindell is certified in all areas of Human Resources. Ms. Swindell started her Human Resources career at Emory University, in Atlanta, Georgia in 1977. Prior to coming to Excell Agent Services, Ms. Swindell worked in the insurance industry as the Director, Employment, Benefits & Compensation for Scottsdale Insurance Company and TIG Insurance Company.

Heather Weber, Director of Sales and Client Relations
Ms. Weber is responsible for every aspect of the relationships between Excell and Excell’s current and future customers. In the 6 years Heather has been with Excell Agent Services she has been involved in sales, marketing, client relations and client implementation. Before joining Excell, Heather worked as a Sales Executive for Southwestern Bell. Heather holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Greg Sorensen, Controller
Mr. Sorensen has been in the accounting field for 11 years. Greg is responsible for the financial and contractual aspects of Excell Agent Services. Before joining Excell in 1998, Greg worked at Arthur Andersen in public accounting. Mr. Sorensen holds a B.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
