Excell and OSC join to form Excell Services

Lubbock, TX - January 10, 2005 -  Operator Service Company ("OSC"), a leading provider of operator services, directory assistance and customer relationship management services to the telecommunications industry, announced today that it has acquired Excell Agent Services, a directory assistance outsourcing company. ag-guys.com

Excell Agent Services will be integrated into OSC, a Platinum Equity company, and the combined business will be renamed Excell Services. Stephen B. Baus, chief executive officer at OSC, will be CEO of the new company. Charles M. Anderson, Executive Vice President at OSC, has been appointed as President.

Mr. Baus said that Excell Services would provide the best value in the industry by leveraging the most efficient call center network in North America.
