401 (k)
- EAS offers employees, who are at least 21 years of age and have completed at least six months of employment, an opportunity to join the Excell Agent Services 401(k) plan. Employees become eligible on the first day of the quarter following six months of employment. Excell's plan allows employees to contribute, in whole percentages, 1% to 15% of pay. EAS will match $1 for $1, up to 6%.
MEDICAL BENEFITS
- EAS offers a Preferred Provider Organization Medical Plan for all eligible employees.
PRESCRIPTION DRUG PROGRAM
- Eligible employees are able to participate in the PDP through membership in the RX-America Pharmacy Network.
DENTAL BENEFITS
- Our employees are covered for Dental benefits through membership in the CIGNA Dental Health program.
LIFE INSURANCE & AD&D
- EAS provides employees with life insurance coverage of 2X their annual salary. These benefits are carried by Sun Life of Canada.
SHORT-TERM and LONG-TERM DISABILITY
- All Full-Time employees (an employee is considered Full-Time if he/she is normally scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week and is on the regular payroll for the Employer) are eligible for short-term disability coverage.
DIRECT DEPOSIT
- Employees are eligible for Direct Deposit.
PAID HOLIDAYS
- EAS observes the following seven holidays* each year:

*This information is applicable to EAS operations in the continental United States.
VACATION
- Employees (Full and Part-Time) are eligible for up to two weeks of paid vacation time per year, for the first five years of employment.
EAS reserves the right to amend, change or discontinue any of the benefits described above. For detailed descriptions, manuals, and actual provisions of each plan, please contact the Human Resources Department with any specific questions regarding these benefits.
