Excell Agent Services Appoints John Andrews to top spot as Excell refocuses on its core business

Tempe-based Excell Agent Services (Excell) is pleased to announce that it has appointed John Andrews as its new Chief Executive Officer responsible for the development and execution of Excell's future business strategies in the U.S. and Canada. Previous to this position, John's role was Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Excell. John succeeds Clint Streit who has accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer with RMH Teleservices. For 24 years, John has been a leader in telecommunications, technology, business services and consumer products industries. He has held a variety of senior roles in business development, marketing, operations, finance and general management. Over the past two decades, Andrews has gained a reputation for developing innovative business strategies to create greater profits and higher growth for companies.

Before joining Excell, Andrews was president and founder of MicroAge Teleservices. Under his leadership MicroAge developed large-scale service capabilities, providing customer care services to fortune 1000 companies in the logistics, telecommunications, technology, utilities and healthcare industries. Andrews received his B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University.
