He has held a variety of senior roles in business development, marketing, operations and general management. Before joining Excell Agent Services, Andrews was president and founder of MicroAge Teleservices. Under his leadership MicroAge developed large-scale service capabilities, which allowed the company to focus its customer care services toward fortune 1000 companies in the logistics, telecommunications, technology, utilities and healthcare industries. Andrews received his B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University.
