Excell Services Announces Completion PlusSM

Lubbock, TX - February 21, 2005 -  Excell Services, the leading independent provider of Directory Assistance, Operator Services and Inbound Customer Care, announced today that it is offering technology which enables its Directory Assistance customers to provide call completion services on their own network without the need for dedicated transport or additional equipment at the customer's switch site.

Excell Services' patented technology allows its customers to utilize 800/DID access into Excell's switching platform. Excell Services will then return the call to its customer's switch for call completion on their own network. Utilizing SS7 technology, access is virtually instantaneous, and because no additional equipment is needed, there is nothing to break and nothing to maintain. The Carriers no longer need to make the capital investment in either equipment or dedicated transport required to provide call completion to its customers.
